Excellent zinc. Much better than expensive products from pharmacies. I haven't experienced any nausea or stomach pain, unlike those. It's best taken in the afternoon, either during or immediately after meals, and should be thoroughly chewed. I sometimes mix it into smoothies. I’ve ordered it a second time for my family. The effects are noticeable, especially on skin and hair. I recommend it for men, particularly when combined with selenium and vitamin E for enhanced benefits.
